These Jalapeño peppers are devilishly tasty, plus there’s only 4 ingredients, 5 minutes of prep, and only 10 minutes of baking!
They’re perfect for every occasion and you can whip them up last minute 🙂
5 jalapeño peppers
8 oz of organic whipped cream cheese
1 package of prosciutto slices
4-6 cloves of garlic
Rinse jalapeño peppers preferably with fruit and veggie wash.
now slice in half.
In two bowls separate the seeds from the guts, you’ll be using them soon!
p.s. I squirted myself in the eye once and it was NOT pretty!! So just be careful and make sure to wash your hands after handling the seeds because they’re potent without the help of the cream cheese!
Slice and dice garlic cloves and add them to the seed bowl.
Add cream cheese to the mixture and whip.
Fill the sliced jalapeño peppers with cream cheese!
Wrap the jalapeños with prosciutto and use a toothpick to hold them in place if needed.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 ˚F or until cheese is bubbling and prosciutto is sizzling 😉
Serve! But beware they’re hot!! 😉
